Hill's cool-toned smokey eye feature shadows from a limited edition palette she designed with Morphe Brushes. While that specific palette is no longer available, the individual shades used can be purchased as singles for just over $2 each. The rest of the makeup she applies for this look are similarly priced, proving that you don't need to break the bank to look luxe.
