When we hear the word "affordable" in the context of makeup, we immediately jump to drugstore options. Drugstore makeup is constantly improving in quality and shade range, and some items are even better than their more expensive department store counterparts. Of course, there are other affordable makeup options that are sold elsewhere.

In the video below, makeup guru Jaclyn Hill uses affordable products from online retailers Morphe Brushes and House Of Lashes in conjunction with drugstore cosmetics to create a dramatic fall-inspired look. Hill's cool-toned smokey eye feature shadows from a limited edition palette she designed with Morphe Brushes. While that specific palette is no longer available, the individual shades used can be purchased as singles for just over $2 each. The rest of the makeup she applies for this look are similarly priced, proving that you don't need to break the bank to look luxe. Let us know what you think of this dramatic autumn-inspired look in the comments section, and don't forget to check us out on Instagram!
