Blue eyeshadow is often listed as a "makeup faux-pas," but this video proves that it can be stunning when used correctly. Jaclyn Hill set out to make her eyes as bold as possible, and I think she succeeded in her task. One of the reasons why this look is so striking is that there are multiple shades of blue at play, and each of them adds a layer of complexity to the smokey eye.
